A Guide to VPHOA Fireworks Rules and Regulations

As the celebration of our country’s founding approaches, it is important that you understand and observe the Victoria Park Covenant that states no fireworks are allowed to be discharged anywhere in Victoria Park.

Rules and Regulations- Fireworks

It is important to note that fireworks in high density neighborhoods, like ours, present a danger to property -creating a high risk for fires- and personal injury. In addition, sudden loud noises are disturbing and even debilitating to many of our fellow homeowners, including some of our most vulnerable citizens - children, the elderly, and military veterans. The noise also disturbs family pets and the abundant wildlife that call Victoria Park home. As an alternative, please enjoy entertainment, food, and fireworks nearby in DeLand at Earl Brown Park on Monday, July 3, or at several other locations in Volusia or Seminole counties.

Have a happy and safe 4th of July!
