Hey neighbors,
Driving the streets before and after a Friday trash pick-up, it has come to our attention that many homes have not been concealing their garbage/recycle cans in a timely manner. In an effort to keep up our neighborhood's curb appeal, please be sure to follow the following guidelines for trash day. Garbage/recycle cans should not be at the end of driveways/alleyways prior to 5:00pm on the night prior to collection (currently Thursday night). Then after collection (Friday), all cans should be removed from street view no later than 7:00pm. This also includes the alleyways behind the townhomes and 49ers.
Please consider this a courtesy heads-up, as violations for habitual offenders will start to go out in the next few weeks.
