As you all know, the VPCC Transition is forthcoming. Jeff Cox, VPHOA CAM, has been directed by the Board President, Don Liska, to circulate the application for the position of VPCC Trustee found here: Download File (vpcc-trustee-application.pdf).
Your completed application must be received by Jeff Cox on or before April 24, 2023 at 4:00pm.
This deadline will not be extended. Please submit your completed application to Jeff Cox either by email: Jeff@swpmcfl.com in a PDF format, or in person in a sealed envelope delivered to his office located at:

Here are the expectations for this VPCC position is as follows:
Overall understanding of Victoria Park in its entirety. As a Trustee you will be responsible for making decisions that affect all of the neighborhoods as well as the commercial entities. The areas of responsibility include Main Irrigation Systems, Storm Water Management, Cable & Internet, Common Area Maintenance, Amenity Centers, Common Swimming Pools & Mechanicals, Security Systems, Management and Staff needed to operate and maintain all of the above mentioned elements and budgets. In order to succeed in this position it is highly advised that candidates have a working knowledge of the original DRI from 1999 that outlines the vision for Victoria Park (copy available upon request).
