VPHOA Dues and How to Pay Them

Homeowners,

It's that time again. Quarterly HOA Due Payments are due on January 1, April 01, July 1 and October 1.

$ WAYS TO PAY $

1. Use Owners Portal to set up ACH or Online Payment
   
   
2. Set up bill pay service
   NOTE: Be sure that your bill pay reflects your Southwest Account number and that the address is updated to mail to Southwest Address below.
   
   
3. Remit a Check or Money Order with printable payment coupon to address below.

WHERE DO I GET MY ACCOUNT NUMBER?

1. Go to www.myvphome.com
2. Click on ACCOUNT PORTAL (Formerly OWNER PORTAL)
+ This will take you to your homeowner account with Southwest Management.
3. Sign into Southwest Management Portal
4. Click on ‘Account Information’
5.Click on ‘My Profile
6. Retrieve your Account Number.
