What is an Architectural Review Committee?

Living in planned communities, such as Victoria Park, involves accepting certain standards of consistency. The VPHOA’s Architectural Review Committee (ARC) is charged with maintaining Victoria Park as “a community of high standards and aesthetic beauty.” In other words, homeowners are governed by certain deed restrictions clarifying what can and can’t be done with our properties. These deed restrictions, also known as architectural guidelines, encompass rules about exterior appearances, landscaping, and construction projects. While these guidelines may seem stringent, they are in place to maintain the neighborhood's visual harmony and uphold property values. You can view Victoria Parks architectural guidelines here: Download File (architectural-review-guidelines.pdf)

If you're considering any exterior structural or landscape changes, you’ll need to reach out to the ARC at https://www.arctracker.com/vphoa. Please be sure to include as much information as possible (i.e.- photos, descriptions, architectural plans, property survey). If you need assistance filling out this form, you can reach out to the ARC Committee at ARC@myvphome.com in the subject line please include your address.
